Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant was living separately from the wife’s J (J, 38 years of age) and, while serving in a divorce lawsuit, committed a defect in K and L which prevents the victim from communicating with his/her children, and by using the gap outside the kindergarten in order for the victim to send his/her children to the kindergarten.

2.
