1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 92,768,554 and the interest rate of KRW 18% per annum from March 14, 2003 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 19, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the claim for reimbursement under the 2005Kapo-Ma3623, and was sentenced by the above court on July 19, 2005. The above judgment became final and conclusive on August 5, 2005, and the Plaintiff again filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the above judgment.
