A. On August 29, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the new construction of the instant housing C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-A (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The main contents are as follows:

Scope of construction

1. Construction of main building and main entrance and exit;

3. Heating and cooling works;

4. Main stairs and outer retaining walls may be changed according to the situation of the site;

5. Development of external windows, solar KCC or the specifications of the said level;

3. Article 3 (Implementation of Construction Works)

1. The plaintiff shall carry out the construction work in accordance with the separate drawing and drawing, and may not modify the design contents at will without the consent of the defendant.

Article 5 (Payment of Price) The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the price of KRW 228 million.

1. Contract deposit of 70 million won (in the case of a contract),

3. An intermediate payment of KRW 245 million (after completion of external finishing works);

4. Any balance shall be paid in installments as at the rate of 23 million won (at the time of completion of construction works).

B. The Plaintiff completed the instant construction on January 2016, and received a certificate of completion inspection on March 21, 2016 regarding the instant construction.

C. Upon the Plaintiff’s request, the Defendant opened an account under the name of the Defendant, and deliver the check to the Plaintiff and deposit money to the said account.
