A. On July 15, 2015, the Plaintiff determined and lent to the Defendant the fluctuation rate of KRW 50 million (base interest rate: MOR and additional interest rate of KRW 4.88%) 18% per annum (15.26% per annum as of July 4, 2017) and due date on July 15, 2018.

B. After April 15, 2017, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the delay in payment of interest.

C. The Plaintiff’s principal as of July 3, 2017 is KRW 50 million and interest KRW 911,065.

Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15.26% per annum as agreed upon from July 4, 2017 to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 50,911,065 and KRW 50,000 among the loans, to the Plaintiff.
