2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff (C) received correctional treatment from the Defendant from the Dental branch operated by the Defendant at the Defendant’s domicile (hereinafter “Defendant Dental branch”) from July 26, 201 to September 27, 2011.
