[Criminal Justice] On July 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended sentence for the crime of injury at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 26, 2012, and on December 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 19, 2013, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on April 19, 2013, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Daegu Prison on October 4, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 30, 2014, from around 09:30 to October 10:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) visited the victim D in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-gu, Seoul, in a single room of “Ea Hospital Funeral” in which he/she works as a funeral director; (b) visited the victim D while under the influence of alcohol in a “Ea Hospital funeral hall”; and (c) made his/her bereaved family members raise the Defendant in an empty space; and (d) requested the victim to present the Defendant.

Accordingly, when the victim demanded the defendant to leave, the defendant continued to have obstructed the victim's funeral procedure for about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as "I see why he/she has been in his/her native funeral hall", and trying to see the victim's hand, etc.

2. On October 30, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant received 112 reports that there was a person who would be a scambling who was under the influence of alcohol in the above funeral hall, and the Defendant was unable to have avoided any disturbance by: (a) having the scambling of the Defendant, G of the police box belonging to the Seoul Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western Police Station, and Scam back to the hospital; (b) having the Defendant scam back to the hospital; and (c) having the scambling of the G’s bridge, and having the Defendant go back to the house.

Accordingly, G and H put the defendant's arms, and the defendant was faced with the removal of the defendant, and the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case by a police officer by breaking the Ha's bridge on the floor.
