2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same time as paragraph (1) of this Article, driving a motor vehicle in Fent Pestest under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.239% at a distance of about 1 Km from the front of the water sea area in the Egyptian East-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul, to the roads before the Jambur.
