1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned are educational foundations that established and operated the two universities, and the defendant C is the chief director of the above legal entity.
Meanwhile, the Plaintiff graduated from the department of law and completed the doctoral degree course in the same department from September 2002 to work as a part-time lecturer or a faculty member in the same department from around September 2002, and Defendant D graduated from the department of law in 2012 and obtained a doctoral degree in the department of law in around 2012, and each of the two universities applied for the appointment procedure of a teacher with priority in education in the first semester in 2014, respectively.
B. On November 2013, the two universities established a draft basic plan for the appointment of teachers and teachers with priority in education in the first semester of 2014, following the deliberation of the personnel committee and the internal approval procedure.
(hereinafter “instant basic plan”). B University announced the invitation of new teachers for a semester even in 2014, and posted the outline of the instant basic plan, such as qualification for support, examination schedule, and examination criteria, on the university’s website.
