A Imprisonment with prison labor for three years and for one year and six months, respectively.

Defendants are jointly and severally liable for each of them.

Defendant A, B, and J, who came to know in Gwangju, determined that they were subject to the crime of apartment in a specific area, such as Incheon, Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do, and Cheongju. Defendant A operated KNF rocketing car owned by J and moved to the area adjacent to the apartment road that is specified for the crime along with J and B. Defendant A was waiting to wait for the above vehicle in the vicinity until J and B returned to the J. The J looked at the vicinity of the apartment site that is specified as the object of the crime, and Defendant A, B and J conspired to punish the theft in a way that they deviate from the scene by using the above vehicle.

1. On March 28, 2016, Defendant A: (a) operated a Cheongju-si apartment complex of 506 Cheongju-si from the upper land of 19:58 on March 28, 2016 to the front of 506 east-gu Cheongju-si; (b) followed the network in the vicinity of J and B after having reached the site with J and B; (c) the J and B waiting against the victim of the above apartment complex of 506 101,000 won; (d) the victim of L (43 70,000,000 won) turned around the house; (e) the saidJ opened a vegetable apartment window that was not corrected to the front of Cheongju-si; and (e) the market price of the said apartment complex of 1500,000 won, more than the market price of 1.5 million won, more than 1.5 million won, more than 1.5 million won, more than the market price of the golf market price of 1.

Accordingly, Defendant A, together with B and J, stolen the above victim's property.

2. On March 28, 2016, Defendant A, a special thief against Defendant A, driving the said vehicle from U.S. on March 28, 2016 to U.S. 303 roads of Cheongju-si, U.S. O. 303 roads, and reached the scene with J and B.
