A shall be punished by imprisonment of 10 months and fine of 10 million won, and imprisonment of 10 months and fine of 30 million won, respectively.

No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes.

Nevertheless, since December 21, 2013, the Defendants conspired to divide their profits by operating a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name "F kis bank" from the second floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

피고인들은 그 무렵부터 인터넷 사이트 섹밤 등에 F 키스방의 광고를 하였고, 2014. 7. 9. 00:40 무렵 광고를 보고 업소를 찾아온 손님 G, H으로부터 30분당 20,000원의 성매매 대가를 받고 내실로 들여보낸 후 여종업원 I, J로 하여금 손님들의 성기를 손과 입으로 애무하여 사정하게 하는 등 유사성교행위를 하게 하였다.

The Defendants conspired to commit an act of arranging commercial sex acts, etc. by the said method between around December 21, 2013 and around July 9, 2014.

The Defendants make confession of all the crimes of this case and reflect their mistake.

B. On March 17, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to a fine for the violation of the Juvenile Protection Act by the Seoul Western District Court.

A on July 30, 2014, at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office on March 12, 2014, a disposition of suspension of indictment was issued with respect to the suspected facts of committing acts, such as arranging sexual traffic, at the kis bank in this case.
