1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 2% for each month from July 2, 2009 to January 19, 2016.

Reasons

1. On July 1, 2009, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with the indication of the claim, the loan of KRW 30,000,000 based on the loan certificate as of July 1, 2009 and the interest or delay damages on the loan shall be claimed.
