The defendant shall pay 70,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 19, 2010 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of the Plaintiff, the “creditor”, and the “debtor”, respectively.
