The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the facts charged in the instant case is guilty on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the interpretation of Article 1(2) of the Criminal Act, the principle of statutory punishment, and the number of crimes, etc. under the proviso of Article 60-3(1)2 of the former Public Official Election Act (amended by Act No. 14556, Feb. 8, 2017).

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
