On April 13, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a 0.156% alcohol concentration on the blood alcohol level on April 21, 2014, while driving it, and driving the said vehicle at a low speed of 0.156% on the front of the mountain ginseng distance in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.
