1. Defendant A Co., Ltd.:
(a) An indication 1, 2, 3, 3, 1 of the attached Form No. 101 of the real estate listed in the attached list.
1. Basic facts
A. On August 30, 2012, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) was registered for transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), and on the same day, the registration for transfer of ownership was made in the name of the Plaintiff on the grounds of the trust.
B. On May 23, 2014, I and J concluded a real estate sales contract with the Plaintiff for the instant real estate through public sale procedures, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant real estate portion on May 29, 2014. On the same day, I and J transferred all the said shares to the Plaintiff on the grounds of the trust.
C. Defendant A occupies 101 of the first floor (No. 101 of the instant real estate is actually divided into several units, but in this context, the following parts of the first floor divided into two parts for convenience, namely, “101” and “102,” respectively) among the instant real estate.
Meanwhile, from May 30, 2014 to May 30, 2016, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant real estate amounting to KRW 22,725,00,00, and the monthly rent on June 1, 2016 is KRW 972,00.
Defendant A, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”), Defendant C, and Defendant D, among the instant real estate, have been used as an office and possessed together.
Meanwhile, from May 30, 2014 to May 30, 2016, the amount equivalent to the rent under subparagraph 102, which is the following day after the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant real estate, is KRW 15,33,000, and the monthly rent on June 1, 2016 is KRW 65,00.
E. Of the instant real property, No. 201 et al. is 201 et al.
As to A, Defendant E shall complete each move-in report on September 7, 2012, and Defendant F shall complete each move-in report on October 4, 2013 and jointly possess 201.
Meanwhile, from May 30, 2014 to May 30, 2016, the amount equivalent to the rent under subparagraph 201, which is the following day after the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant real estate, is KRW 9,498,000, and the monthly rent on June 1, 2016, is 402.
