(a) The reasons for the attachment of the primary claim are as shown in the attachment;

(b) Judgment made by the confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).

2. Since the part of the plaintiff's claim against the conjunctive defendant is well-grounded, the plaintiff's claim against the conjunctive defendant against the primary defendant is without merit. Thus, in preparation for the dismissal of the above claim, the plaintiff's claim against the conjunctive defendant is without merit.

3. The plaintiff's claim against the main defendant is justified. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the main defendant is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
