Reasons

1. On September 9, 2005, the Plaintiff’s indication of the claim was affirmed by a favorable judgment against the Defendant in the Suwon District Court Decision 2005Kadan23926, which became final and conclusive upon winning the case. However, in order to interrupt extinctive prescription as to the claim for principal and interest of the judgment, the Plaintiff re-join the lawsuit by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
