A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Purchasing the hemp plants;

2. Smoking of hemp plants:

Around February 27, 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 2g of the hemp plant in the above-mentioned manner at around 23:00.
E. On March 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 2g of the hemp plant in the above-mentioned manner at around 23:00.
F. At around 02:30 on April 3, 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 2g of the hemp in the foregoing manner at the above residence.
G. At around 01:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 2g of the hemp plant in the foregoing manner at the above residence.
H. The Defendant was on April 2015, ranked around 22:00.
