1. The defendant shall pay 642,146,00 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 19, 2004 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
On June 1, 2011, the Plaintiff acquired the judgment claim against the Defendant of the Credit Credit Depository (Seoul District Court Decision 2011Gahap5209 Decided August 18, 2004, and the Defendant’s judgment in favor of the Plaintiff on behalf of the Credit Depository, on July 22, 2000, regarding the purchase of non-registered stocks).
(A) The Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff damages amounting to KRW 642,146,00 and damages for delay.
The plaintiff's request is accepted.
