1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 97,671,386 and KRW 82,029,086 from May 27, 2019 to August 29, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the date of service of the complaint in this case shall be recognized, and the portion of the claim in excess shall be dismissed
