The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

1. Entrustment of Defendant H’s fraud and real estate name;

The "head office" (the defendant is in office in P from October 1, 2012) in the Masan-dong 864-2.

The certificate of employment stated to the effect that “ was issued and applied for a credit loan of KRW 20 million.”

However, since Defendant H did not have worked in P, the entry of the above certificate of employment was false.

The Defendant, as above, deceiving the Agricultural Cooperative of the Daegu Dairy Co., Ltd. of the Victim Gyeongbuk-gu, and acquired KRW 20,000,000 from the Defendant to the Agricultural Co., Ltd. of the Defendant’s name on May 16, 2013, through the remittance of KRW 20,000,000 from the Defendant.

(b) No person entrusted with real estate in the name of real estate shall register the real right to real estate in the name of the trustee under the title trust agreement;

Nevertheless, Defendant H was indicted as co-offenders of the instant crime and was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a two-year period by 2015 High Court Order 8699, and the appeal and final appeal were dismissed and finalized.

A. On May 16, 2013, Defendant H made a registration of transfer of ownership on the grounds of sale in the name of R with respect to the trust agreement with 109-dong 403 (S apartment complex 109-dong 403 (hereinafter referred to as “S apartment”).

2. On August 29, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act by the Daegu District Court on the part of August 29, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on September 30, 2014.

Defendant

A was prosecuted as co-offenders of the instant crime and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 2015 senior 8699 of this Court.
