1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 14, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 26, 2014, the Defendant’s agent B, who indicated the claim, borrowed KRW 23 million from the Plaintiff at an interest rate of 15% per annum and due date on December 26, 2015.
