With respect to the instant case, the description of the defense counsel in the title section of the judgment rendered on December 3, 2012 is followed.

Reasons

It is clear that this Court had omitted the entry of the jury in the title section of the judgment rendered on December 3, 2012, with respect to the instant case, so it shall make ex officio a decision as ordered by Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
