Part of the term “the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” was amended, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015 with respect to the statutory interest rate on the case for which the pleadings in the first instance have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, was applied, and thus, the portion exceeding the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum out of the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay is dismissed.
