12 Pakistan Co., Ltd., 15 A, 16 B, 27C, and 32 Ebnex Co., Ltd.

A. The plaintiffs are the parties 1) The Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment-type factory (hereinafter referred to as the "instant building").

A) A sectional owner or a transferee of sectional ownership. The ratio of the plaintiffs’ exclusive ownership to the aggregate of the areas of exclusive ownership of the entire households of the instant building is 5,841/5,629.96 (hereinafter “the exclusive ownership area ratio”).

(2) The Defendant Gold Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Gold Industry”) is a corporation that is the project undertaker who sold the instant building, and the Defendant Culul Global Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Culul”) is a corporation that constructed the instant building by being awarded a contract for the construction of the instant building from the industry around September 3, 2003, around September 3, 2003.

B. On July 5, 2005, Defendant Culopian completed and approved the use of the instant building. However, Defendant Culopian did not construct the part to be constructed in the new construction of the instant building, or changed and constructed differently from the drawing, thereby causing a defect to the section for common use of the instant building. Accordingly, the E Committee composed of the sectional owners of the instant building including the Plaintiffs requested repair of defects several times from July 3, 2007 to Defendant Culop from around July 3, 2007, and Defendant Culop intended to repair some defects. However, Defendant Culop demanded repair work on the instant building on the premise that there was a defect such as the column for calculating repair costs of the attached Table 4 for each defect list (hereinafter “instant”), and that the same portion of the outer wall’s repair cost should be stated [the same as that of the instant building] under the premise that the repair cost of the instant building exists and the repair cost of the instant building is stated in the attached Table 1].
