The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 06:40 on January 28, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim D(20 years of age) and the victim E (21 years of age) on the ground that the victim D(20 years of age) and the victim E (21 years of age) are wraped with each other in the 4th floor of the B building in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
2. The facts charged in this case, which fall under Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act, shall not be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
However, since it is apparent that the victims expressed their intent not to punish the defendant, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
