On August 28, 2017, at around 15:30, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face on one occasion with the defective part of the evidence submitted by the Defendant to the labor supervisor, while being investigated into the delayed payment of retirement pay with the victim B (the 48 years old) who is his/her her son, at the Seoul Southern Branch Office of Labor Ministry of Labor (the 120th, the Seoul Southern Branch Office of Labor) and the 2nd office of the Seoul Southern Branch Office of Labor, which was located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, on August 28, 2017.
