1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 26,042,925 as well as KRW 25,00,000 among them, from October 4, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from the Plaintiff at the interest rate of KRW 25 million per annum; (b) 17.5% per annum; (c) due date of payment September 24, 2018; and (d) failed to fully repay the principal or interest on the said loan; and (b) the Plaintiff has a claim against the Defendant for the total amount of KRW 26,042,925 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 25,00,000; (b) the principal amount of KRW 1,042,925,925) as of October 3, 2016.
