1. As to the Defendants’ joint and several liability amounting to KRW 50,000,000 to the Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B is from May 1, 2013 to July 20, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the judgment against Defendant 1 is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant”: (i) the judgment of deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act; (ii) the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the same shall apply).
3. Judgment on Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and such provisions shall apply accordingly).
