A. The Plaintiff is an association established pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) for the purpose of implementing a housing reconstruction improvement project (hereinafter “instant rearrangement project”) for the project implementation district of 42,193 square meters of P P in Ansan-si in Ansan-si.

B. The Defendants included each share in the “real estate” column in attached Table 1 (the “share” column in attached Table 1). Meanwhile, each of the real estate listed in attached Table 1 is cited in attached Table 2 in the “real estate” column in attached Table 1; hereinafter “real estate” column in attached Table 2 is individually named, the “real estate” shall be deemed according to the sequence; and when each of the real estate listed in attached Table 2 in attached Table 2 is collectively named, each of the real estate in the instant maintenance project area is located. Each of the instant real estate is the real estate located in the instant maintenance project area.

C. The Plaintiff obtained the consent from the owners of real estate in the instant rearrangement project zone and the establishment thereof, and completed the establishment registration on September 29, 2009, and completed the establishment registration on October 12, 2009. The Plaintiff received the authorization for the project implementation from the Gyeyang Market on October 31, 2014.

Defendant B, C, D, E, F, and net Q are the owners of each real estate of this case, and have consented to the establishment of the Plaintiff’s association, and became the Plaintiff’s members.

Net Q died on April 16, 2012. On June 28, 2017, among the instant immovable property on June 28, 2017, as to the shares of 294/113190; Defendant H and I as to each share of 196/113190; Defendant J as to each share of 1029/113190; Defendant K, L, L, M, N, andO as to each share of 686/113190; Defendant H and I as to each share of 6/105; Defendant H and I as to each share of 4/105; Defendant J as to each share of 21/105; Defendant K, L, M, N, andO as to each of the instant immovable property on the same day.
