In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

1. On December 16, 2012, from around May 11, 2014 to around 11, 2014, Defendant A visited “G” games, which are illegal Internet gambling sites (D, E, F, etc.) atpcads, from a post office account (H) in the name of the Defendant, deposited cyber money with a total amount of KRW 125,416,80 over 483 times, as shown in the attached Table of Offenses (A), by remitting the sum of KRW 125,416,80 from a post office account (H) in the name of the Defendant’s head office to a site operation account, and filled with five members in one room to have a lower number of card numbers and four cards combined with each other, and one type of “so-called “so-so-called online games.”

2. On September 17, 201, from around May 27, 2011 to around May 27, 2014, Defendant B visited “G” games, which are illegal Internet gambling sites (D, E, F, etc.). The Defendant deposited KRW 158,893,50 in total over 918 times from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (I) in the website’s name to the site’s principal operation account, such as the list of crimes (B), and filled up cyber money. After five members enter one room to share a card with a different number of card numbers and four card numbers, and one type of “Fam Games,” which is one type of Baer who takes property or property benefits depending on the winning.

3. On September 26, 2013, from around April 19, 2014 to April 19, 2014, Defendant C connected to “G” games, which are illegal Internet gambling sites (D, E, F, etc.) atpcads, from which the location of Gwangju City is unknown, and deposited cyber money with a total of KRW 51,726,50 in total over 335 times, as shown in the list of crimes (C), from the national bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant, to the site’s head office operation account, and then charged the cyber money with five members in one room and combined with four cards, the card number and the form of which are different.
