Reasons

1. Facts recognized;

A. Status 1 of the Plaintiff, etc.) The entry of “stock company” in all the names of the Plaintiff and C Co., Ltd. is omitted.

(B) A business entity as prescribed in Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Act is a business entity as prescribed in Article 2 subparagraph 1 of the Act. (B) Domestic natural gas business is a structure that the Korea Gas Corporation, which is a wholesaler, imports liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the place of origin overseas, and re-satizes it, supplies large-scale consumers’ power plants and urban gas companies which are retailers in the country, and supplies urban gas companies which are retailers to general consumers such as household and industry.

2) Main pipes and control stations are supply facilities installed and operated by the Korea Gas Corporation to supply natural gas to power plants and urban gas companies. Of these, main pipelines refer to underground pipelines installed in the natural gas supply base to supply high-tension natural gas for stable gas supply. Control stations refer to those underground pipelines installed in the natural gas supply base to supply and demand points. Control stations may divide the gas supply of high-tension, which are transported by high-tension through pipelines, into a constant pressure control station that stably supplies natural gas by lowering it with certain pressure demand from the supply source, in an urgent situation, by blocking and controlling stations that block gas flow or performing major construction works, or by block valves that are a kind of valve room to promptly block the gas supply network if an emergency occurs. 3) The Korea Gas Corporation from December 2008 to expand the supply of natural gas.
