A Imprisonment for ten months, each of the defendants B and F shall be punished by imprisonment for five months.

However, the defendants are the defendants.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) committed an act of arranging commercial sex acts by having female employees, such as I (n, 41 years of age) attend the said “H,” by arranging commercial sex acts and receiving an amount of KRW 30,000,000 per time from 30,000 to 60,000,000,000, monthly rent from the owner of the building, which is KRW 1,50,000,000 from the owner of the building, repair and control of commercial sex acts, and let B play an occupation for the sake of regulating commercial sex acts, from May 22, 2014 to 22:15, 2014.

B. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) while operating a sexual traffic business establishment as seen above, the Defendant thought that “I have a strong criminal record and weak points; (b) I are the president; and (c) I inform B, an employee, of the fact that I would like to say, “I would give 50% of the profits while settling accounts after one month; and (d) B would have the intention to make a confession as a unemployment if I regulate B.

On May 22, 2014, while the Defendant was in operation of the said commercial sex acts business establishment, the Defendant was controlled by the police on May 22, 2014, and on November 19, 2014, at the former District Prosecutors' Office, the Defendant called, “B, at the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Korea, the phone calls from the former District Public Prosecutor's Office to the Defendant’s cell phone, and then, at the K located in the J of the Y-gu of the Y-gu of the Jeonju City, the Defendant called, “The phone calls from the prosecutor's office as if the phone was bner

Therefore, the defendant is under investigation by B at the Jeonnan Police Station on June 5, 2014, July 17, 2014, and the Jeonnan District Prosecutors' Office on November 19, 2014.
