1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 6, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On October 9, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the No. 401 of the ground building C located in Guri-si, Guri-si, and paid KRW 150 million of the deposit for the lease. The lease agreement was terminated on November 11, 2014 with the expiration of the above lease agreement, and the Plaintiff sought the return of the deposit on the premise that the Plaintiff provided the Defendant with the obligation to deliver real estate several occasions.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the same Act of the same Act;
