[Criminal record] On October 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Incheon District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and completed the execution of the sentence on February 24, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On January 18, 2017, at around 04:20, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property in total, KRW 430,000,00 of the cash stored in cash custody in the account room where the surveillance of employees F was neglected, from the “EPC room” of the victim’s D operation located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

B. On March 2, 2017, at around 00:20 on March 2, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property from the “IPC room” in the operation of the victim H located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 500,000 in cash located in the cash box in which the employee J kept the account stand.

On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant discovered the Lpoter vehicle of the victim K in the 5th apartment parking lot located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, which was located in the 260th apartment parking lot, and the Defendant left the locking system by putting the string of the Defendant in the cresh of the above vehicle, with a total of 3,00 won in cash owned by the victim K in the above vehicle.

As seen above, Defendant thefted the total amount of 89,300 won owned by the victims 17 times in total from around that time to around March 2017, as indicated in the list of annexed crimes, such as theft of the victim K’s property.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. On February 27, 2017, at around 05:59, the Defendant: (a) opened a cash storage in a place where the employees P, who want to steals the cash owned by the victim, from the “OPC room” located in the 3rd floor of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City M building; and (b) discovered cash storage in a place where the employees P, who attempted to steal the cash owned by the victim, did not have the cash storage in the said place; however, there was no cash stored in the said place.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the property owned by the victim, but did not commit it but did not commit an attempted crime.

B. On September 2016, the Defendant is a Korean-style apartment located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
