1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) KRW 10,947,225 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 8, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Inasmuch as the judgment rendered by the court on May 11, 2018 on the grounds of the additional judgment was omitted in the part concerning the entries in the order, an additional judgment shall be rendered pursuant to Article 212(1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
3. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);
