1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,83,700 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (with respect to delay damages, the rate of delay damages shall be recognized as 15% in accordance with the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc.
