However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) attached the F number plate, which was put into water at the 125CC, which was not attached with a license plate which was put into water from the D body surface operated by the Defendant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) the Defendant attached the F number plate, which was put into water.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate of air hosp.

2. On August 2, 2017, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by the Defendant by operating the Otobane with the registration number plate attached in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as seen above, around August 2, 2017.
