Ⅰ. Basic facts

Defendant A, including the Defendants’ status, worked as a director at a stock company, NN (hereinafter “N”), a financial investment business entity engaging in daily forestry, etc. from February 2, 2012 to April 2014, and was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act at the Seoul Central District Court on October 17, 2014, and the decision was finalized on May 30, 2015.

B is a person who worked as a fund manager that manages rap advisory accounts and agency discretionary accounts from March 5, 2012 to November 2012.
