Punishment of the crime
From April 2013 to November 2013, the Defendants run the N Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (hereinafter “instant brokerage office”). In fact, 20 persons, such as Defendant C, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant I, and Defendant D, who are not qualified as a licensed real estate agent, are qualified as a broker assistant but who are not registered, are in fact qualified as a broker assistant, and each of them is in charge of the affairs of the licensed real estate agent such as acceptance of request from the broker, confirmation of the relation of the object of brokerage, explanation of the relation of the parties to the transaction, transaction terms and conditions, etc. In external form, Defendant A, a licensed real estate agent, affixed the seal of each of the above brokerage assistant, affixed the seal of Defendant A to the contract signed by each of the brokerage assistants, and Defendant B operated rent, operating expenses, etc. of the instant brokerage office. If each of the brokerage assistants becomes a broker assistant, Defendant B and the remainder of Defendant B are divided into five percent of the brokerage commission and the remainder of each of the brokerage assistant.

2. On April 23, 2013, Defendant C and Defendant B’s co-principal committed the instant brokerage office: (a) around April 23, 2013, Q570§³ owned by the seller to R.
