1. On November 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s “E company” office operated by the victim in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; and (b) made a false statement to the victim that “A company had an operation of the sports earth office in the original state; (c) B/B also attempted to make an investment in the latter; (d) he/she is liable to make an investment in the latter; and (e) even if he/she made a mistake, he/she may receive an earning rate of 10 to 15% per month.”

However, even if the defendant received the investment money from the victim, he did not think that he would use the sports soil as betting or living expenses, and did not intend to make any investment in operating the sports soil office. Moreover, even if he received the investment money from the victim, F, G, etc. at the time, he did not have any intent or ability to pay the profit to the victim even if he received the investment money from the victim with significant investment expenses.

The Defendant received KRW 5 million from the victim as investment money for the same day and obtained KRW 101,950,000 in total from 23 times to 10 January 10, 2014 as shown in attached Table 1, including that the Defendant received KRW 5 million from the victim as investment money.

2. On December 11, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim of the victim G, stating that “If the Defendant newly establishes the sports sports sports sports sports sports betting office in Gangseo-si, Gangseo-gu, the Defendant would lend money to the victim for use as the cost of establishing the sports sports sports sports sports sports sports sports sports sports sports zone office, and, if so, would give 5% of the principal and profit of the money.”

However, even if the defendant receives investment money from the victim, he/she betting the sports soil, or living expenses or costs.
