1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 125,450,464 and KRW 36,048,557 among these amounts, from November 5, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of a duplicate of the application for the payment order of this case pursuant to the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda, shall be 15/100
