1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 54,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 17, 2015 to April 27, 2017.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant B is a licensed real estate agent conducting brokerage business under the trade name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent” and Defendant C is a brokerage assistant.

B. On March 23, 2012, Dondi City Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Dondi City Development”) is about 1,786 square meters of land for a factory in Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju on the same year.

3.21.After completing the registration of ownership transfer based on sale, the same year.

3. On 23. 23. International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (formerly: International Trust Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “International Asset Trust”) completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the same date trust.

After that, on November 5, 2013, the registration of indication was completed on the building of 1,786 square meters for the Seo-gu in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, 477 square meters for the factory, G factory site, 85 square meters for G factory site, 440 square meters for H factory site, 440 square meters for H one building on the land of 3 square meters for

C. On March 12, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) signed a contract between Defendant B’s introduction and Defendant C’s subsidization to the development of b&D city; (b) purchase of J building Nos. 704, 707 (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) to KRW 66,726,00, including site ownership; and (c) completed the same year to the development of b&D city.

3. On the 16th and 17th of the same month, 12,00,000 won, and 66,000,000 won or more for Defendant B on the same day, and it was confirmed that the sale price was paid in full by n&D urban development.

On November 27, 2015, M&D development completed the registration of ownership transfer based on international asset trust on the same date trust with respect to each real estate of this case, the registration of ownership ownership ownership ownership right of which is 5.24/2791 for each of the above land has been completed.
