The defendant shall pay 38,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 18, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On December 18, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the creative construction [including additional tax] and the construction period from December 18, 2019 to January 17, 2020, the Plaintiff entered into an additional construction contract (construction cost of KRW 11,00,000 among the construction cost, and KRW 38,50,000 among the construction cost, and KRW 38,50,000 among the construction cost, the Defendant did not pay the remainder of the construction cost. 2. The same judgment as the purport of the claim is made under the Civil Procedure Act (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
