1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 10, 1979, the Plaintiff entered the Army and was discharged from active service on April 30, 1984 by the First Lieutenant on the part of the Army.
B. On January 29, 2013, the Plaintiff applied for the registration of a person of distinguished service to the State on the ground that, in addition to the Plaintiff’s statement, there was no objective data confirming the identity of a person of distinguished service to the State, the Defendant does not constitute a soldier or policeman on duty or a soldier or policeman on duty, on the ground that the Defendant did not have any objective data verifying the identity of a person of distinguished service in addition to the Plaintiff’s statement.
C. On August 14, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) received a re-registration certificate of facts related to requirements and applied for re-registration on an application basis; and (b) on December 19, 2015, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the determination that the Plaintiff does not meet the requirements for persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State and persons eligible for veteran’s compensation (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
On February 23, 2016, the Plaintiff appealed to the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, but was dismissed on April 22, 2016.
