1. The defendant attached Table 1 to the plaintiffs as to the money stated in the "request amount" column of attached Table and each of the above money.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiffs to be indicated in the claim are employees employed by the Defendant and retired from the Defendant’s workplace, and did not receive the wages indicated in the “amount claimed” column in the attached Table.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the wages stated in the "amount of claim" in the attached Table to the plaintiffs and the delay damages therefor.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
