However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and engages in driving service of XG cars.

On June 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.211% from the blood alcohol level at the intersection of the head of the matom (e.g., 16:35 on June 6, 2017, and led the Defendant to drive the said car in the direction of drinking in the south direction.

At this point, since it is an intersection where the center line and signal of yellow-ray are installed, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to protect the car line and to safely drive the car in accordance with the traffic signals and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, in order to avoid a collision by neglecting it under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant got the front part of the E-learning Motor Vehicle Do (43 ) driven by the victim D(43) who was in the atmosphere of the signal from the opposite line to the south at the 3-lane of the stop line, and continued to use the front part of the E-Board Motor Vehicle Do-F (50 years old) driven by the victim F (50 years old) who was in the atmosphere of the signal to the south-west side at the 4-lane of the 5-lane Motor Vehicle. The Defendant received the front part of the said 5-lane Motor Vehicle Do-F (50 years old) driving by the left side of the said 5-lane Motor Vehicle and had the said Ga move ahead of the said 43-arched Motor Vehicle Hawn in the atmosphere following the left side, and continued to use the front part of the 5-arched Passenger Vehicle Do-J (70 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim D, such as cage cages, which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment.
