The defendant shall be jointly and severally and severally with the plaintiff 500,000,000 won and shall be jointly and severally with the plaintiff from June 30, 1994 to January 31, 1998.

Reasons

1. The reasons for the claim are as shown in the attached Form No. 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 208No. 208 subparag. 3 subparag. 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
