1. The Defendant’s KRW 99,263,750 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from January 1, 2017 to January 11, 2019.

Reasons

On June 8, 2016, the judgment on the cause of the claim: ① the original Defendant had already received an additional statement from the Defendant on June 31, 2016 to December 31, 2016, to supply the Defendant with an aggregate amount of KRW 115,500,00 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) of the total of 126 products to the Defendant at the construction site of Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “the construction site of this case”); and, on June 29, 2016, the Defendant had already received an additional statement from the Plaintiff on June 31, 2016, issued an additional statement to the effect that the said products were supplied to the Defendant, including KRW 985 products, KRW 729,00,00,00 from the Plaintiff’s date of delivery; and the Defendant had concluded an additional statement to the Plaintiff on June 29, 2016, and concluded an additional supply contract with each of the above products at the construction site of this case; and each of this case (hereinafter “the above two orders”).
