2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Type of license: Private taxi transportation business;

A. On December 11, 2013, the Defendant announced the recruitment of persons eligible for the issuance of new taxi transportation business in Yanan-si as follows, B-ro, Yan-si.

On April 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) granted a license for private taxi transport business to the said 40 preliminary final and conclusive persons as the “Public Notice in 2014”; and (b) granted the license for private taxi transport business to the said 40 preliminary and conclusive persons.”

This case's disposition of excluding the issuance of a license for private taxi transportation business to the plaintiff (hereinafter "the disposition of this case").
